The effects of poverty on children are wide-reaching and can lead to lifelong struggles, especially when young people don’t receive full educations.
ChildFund aims to help families escape the cycle of poverty through various educational and livelihood programs. Many times, we learn by listening to communities about their specific needs and working to fulfill them. Without an education, the children will be subject to a life of extreme poverty and, at times, may be forced into bonded labor.

STREET CHILDREN IN INDIAN CITIES
We educate members of the community and help raise awareness in communities by creating and strengthening mechanisms that support children’s well-being and protection.
Providing orphans with an education and a means for supporting themselves is crucial. God’s Kids will team up with other service organizations to help provide books and literature to orphanages. We will also train children in agriculture as we establish gardens at the orphanages.

This project provides a quality education to poor or orphaned children in India. They don’t have money to attend school let alone afford basic essentials. With a good education, these children will have an opportunity to succeed.
