Sexual Abuse at Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Basin Bridge, Chennai. The event was the last of its kind in the month-long awareness programme on the theme conducted in various educational institutions. In the valedictory programme, Fr. Joseph Leo, the director, Fr. Joe prabu, the assistant director, and Fr. Ashok, the principal of the college were guests of honor. In the event Fr. Joe prabu gave a talk on ‘Child Sexual Abuse’ and in the consecutive sessions short moves were screened and discussions on the same were held. The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) act was presented to the students. Around 250 boys and 50 faculty members benefitted from the awareness programme.
