In line with the direction of the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) through Childline India Foundation (CIF), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) promotional events were conducted in DBAI – Saranalayam on 10 March, 2017. Smt. Sarita Mittal, IAS., JS., FA., MWCD., Shri. Ananth Prakash IAS, Dy., Sec., MWCD., Dr. Anjaiah Pandiri, Executive Director, CIF, Mr. Pandiyarajan, PDMEO, DSD, Mrs. Anuradha, Head, SRRC, CIF and Mr. Arunmozhi, City in-charge, CIF were the guests of honour.
SBA pledge, Song, Short movies, hand washing demonstration, snake and ladder game and address of the dignitaries constituted the events of the day. The Eco-club of the Sarnalayam girls was inaugurated and prizes were distributed to the winners of different comepetions.
