A Summer Outing to Mahabalipuram
The 27th of April 2026 turned into a day of adventure, discovery, and joy as the boys and girls of Bosco Illam and Saranalayam set out on an exciting outing. Their journey took them to the fascinating Guindy Snake Park, the serene St. Antony’s Shrine and the historic shores of Mahabalipuram.
At Guindy Snake Park, they observed a variety of reptiles up close. The experience was both thrilling and educational, as they discovered interesting facts about snakes and other wildlife, deepening their appreciation for nature.
Next, they visited St. Antony’s Shrine in Palavakkam, where the children spent quiet moments in prayer and reflection, adding a peaceful and spiritual touch to their outing.
The day concluded at Mahabalipuram, where the children were captivated by the grandeur of ancient monuments and intricate stone carvings, learning about the rich cultural heritage and history behind them.
Filled with laughter, learning, and togetherness, the trip became a perfect blend of fun and meaningful experiences leaving everyone with cherished memories to hold onto.
