POSH Training Session
As part of our commitment to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace, a POSH training session was conducted on 23 June 2026 for our Internal Committee (IC) members and senior management team.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Ms. Lavanya Soman, Director of Straight Circle, who provided valuable insights into the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Committee, Conscious and unconscious biases that may influence IC members and the dos and don’t s for employers under the POSH framework. Through practical examples and case-based discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of creating and sustaining a safe workplace environment for women.
